No, AdvanzPay is not a loan. We facilitate early access to wages that employees have already earned, with no interest or late fees. Employees can withdraw funds based on the days they’ve worked.

Unlike payday loans, AdvanzPay does not involve any debt or interest bearing financial instruments. Employees access their earned wages, incurring only a small, flat service fee—similar to an ATM withdrawal fee.

For businesses using manual payroll or accounting software (e.g., Workday, Xero, MYOB), we offer a self-service model. Our technical team ensures a smooth onboarding experience.

No, there are no inherent risks. On-demand wage access has been shown to boost productivity, reduce turnover and absenteeism, and improve employee morale. Our real-time API integrations ensure seamless operations.

For Employees

No, we don’t conduct credit checks or require eligibility criteria. It’s your money—you’ve earned it, and we’re simply helping you access it earlier.

AdvanzPay is available through employers who partner with us. If your employer hasn’t signed up yet, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll work to onboard them. Employees who successfully introduce AdvanzPay to their workplace may receive an Ambassador status, granting concessions on fees for a specified period.

No, accessing your earned wages through AdvanzPay does not impact your taxes. Your withdrawals are based on your net pay after taxes and deductions.

Once your employer partners with AdvanzPay, you’ll receive login credentials for the AdvanzPay platform. After activating your account, you can start withdrawing your earned wages instantly.

AdvanzPay can give you access up to 70% of your earned wages, though your employer may set specific limits.

If your bank supports OSKO (Australia’s real-time payments platform), you’ll receive funds within minutes, 24/7. Otherwise, transfers may take up to 24 hours. We’ll notify you if your bank does not support OSKO.

The service fee is a flat 3.75% of the withdrawal amount. No other hidden costs, its that simple.
